Duty Manager

At least one year of experience in a similar role and a personal licence are expected. We are looking for someone to join our small team who is passionate about providing the best products to our lovely guests. You must be confident and interested in simple, delicious food and also love classic cocktails/tasty wines. You must be a positive person who loves to get stuck in and works great as part of our team. This is super important above any experience you may have. This position will be great for someone who has a passion for independent hospitality venues and wants to learn and grow as we do. Posie is very young, leaving us ample room for development over the next few years as we proudly position ourselves as one of the top bars in the city. Our focus will always be on our guests, the environment we create and making creative cocktails along with the perfect food pairings. The management team is small and maintains a close relationship with the directors. In addition to product development, managers are expected to demonstrate progressive business management skills, taking ownership of their work and team.

FOH

At least one year of experience in a similar role is expected. Confidence and excellent communication skills are required. As long as you are passionate about what we do, we can teach and train in everything from service skills to a high level of product knowledge. Working your way around the floor, multitasking and building relationships with our guests throughout their time with us is key. We take so much pride in ensuring guests are fully immersed in the moment and leave their worries behind at the door, every detail counts.
